MTN LIFT, LLC is locally owned and operated. We are a team of friends who saw a need in our community and decided to take action. MTN LIFT began in 2023 and we have big plans for the future of this company. We hope to expand and be able to provide more local jobs as the years go on. If you need to cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the start-time of your ride or rental, it will result in 100% forfeiture of the total balance.
After you receive a quote from us, you have two hours to pay in full for the ride or rental. After that, your spot will be released. We recommend booking at least three months ahead of time to ensure availability.
If you use the "book now" feature, you must pay in full for your reservation. We will follow up with you before your ride or rental date with additional details.
All riders and renters must assume responsibility of all personal belongings. MTN LIFT is not liable for any damaged or lost baggage or other personal property. Luggage must not exceed the amount that can be conveniently carried in the storage areas of the vehicle or as determined by the driver.
For all rentals or rides, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged if the vehicle needs excessive cleaning once returned from the reservation. This will be charged to the original form of payment on file.
Smoking (including vaping, cigars and cigarettes), alcohol, and any form of illegal substances are prohibited in all vehicles at all times.
All renters and riders are required to act in a reasonable and responsible manner at all times. The Booking Client shall be liable to MTN LIFT, LLC for any damages caused by any of the passengers to the vehicle.
Our owners and drivers reserve the right to refuse transportation for anyone acting recklessly (excessively under the influence of alcohol or other substances) and may also ask a passenger to exit a vehicle if they are unable to comply.
The maximum time we will wait for you or your party is 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup or drop-off time. Upon waiting more than 15 minutes, we reserve the right to mark you or your party as a "no show" and this WILL NOT result in a refund.
AIRPORT BOOKINGS
If your arrival flight is delayed, the rescheduling of the service will be subject to availability. In the event that you miss your flight, please notify us instantly to extend the chances of rescheduling at no charge. Please notify us immediately if you have any sort of flight change. If you are traveling with a group who will arrive on different flights, you must provide us with the last flight set to arrive.
For parties larger than 12 people, please contact us via text or email to reserve. Included in your text or email, please provide us with as much information as possible (date range needed, exact number of people, pickup and drop-off location(s), etc.).
MTN LIFT, LLC does have insurance on all vehicles in our fleet. You MUST provide proof of insurance upon booking any rental (this does not apply to our customers only using ride service).
Our rides and rentals do not provide car seats or booster seats, nor do we install them. If a car seat or booster seat is needed, it is the customers responsibility to provide and/or install them.
